What is Whois?
Whois is a protocol for searching registration information for domain names and IP addresses. It allows you to check various information about a domain, such as the owner, registration date, expiration date, and management company (registrar).
Whois is useful in the following situations:
- When you want to check the owner of a website
- When you want to check a domain name's registration status or expiration date
- When you want to contact the domain administrator

How to Read Whois Information
